SonoViewLive.com is an independent service providing elective ultrasound facilities and their guest’s ultrasound streaming services.  SonoViewLive.com does everything in its power to provide a reliable internet connection from the ultrasound session to client’s computers.  In the event our servers have technical issues and cannot provide this service, clients will be refunded their full charges.  However, if SonoViewLive.com successfully provides this service to its facilities and guests, it will not be responsible for connections, compatibility, or any computer settings on guest’s machines that may prohibit them viewing of this session whether live or on-demand.  Clients will be responsible for testing their connections prior to the session.  Clients signing up for this service will be required to give 24 hours notice if they want to cancel this service.  No refunds will be given for cancellations inside 24 hours of the appointment date and time.
