*REMINDER*  Please remember is that even if you are having any sort of technical issues viewing the mother’s ultrasound session live, it will be immediately available On Demand for a period of 2 weeks following the session.

 

Problems Logging In?

First off, have you registered for the event?  In order to register, you must first be invited by Mom.  Please contact her for an invitation or ask her for her email address to register.  Once registered, simply use the Guest Login at our website to get back into your account. 

If you have already registered all you have registered, then you need to use the exact email you registered with inorder to log back into your account. If you have forgotten which email you used to register, then you will need to look through your email to find the email confirmation we sent you as we will not be able to assist you finding which emai you registered withl.

Logged in but unable to view the stream?

In order to view a SonoViewLive session, you must have Windows Media Player installed on your computer.
WMP has versions for both PC and Mac and a link below has been provided for you for installation.

Also, you need to make sure you are connected to the internet via a high speed connection such as Cable,
DSL, T1, etc.

*Dial-up and some ISDN internet connection will not properly work with this service.

Finally, if you are using a Firewall or Pop Up-blocker program on your computer, it may need to be disabled to view the session.  Simply refer to your particular program settings “Help” files if you need to make adjustments.
